EstimateOne needed to test whether AI could extract key information from large volumes of commercial construction documents—both structured forms and unstructured PDFs, drawings, and tender files—and then make that information available through a chatbot.
Ideate
At Kiss My Button we built a working prototype that processes mixed document sets, uses an LLM to extract specific values, and exposes the results to EstimateOne’s application. We added an admin portal for monitoring and adjusted the scope as requirements evolved, while keeping the aggressive timeline.
Thrive
The prototype delivered working software that met the objectives and demonstrated end-to-end viability. After the POC, Kiss My Button helped map the next steps for productionising the platform and evaluating trade-offs on cost, performance, and quality.
